Class descriptions:
LIIT with Resistance Bands is a 45 minute class
LIIT = Low Intensity Interval Training using resistance bands and an interval timer

Vinyasa Fire Flow is a 60 minute class .
This is a very creative flow style practice that moves with the breath . Vinyasa Yoga moves faster than other yoga styles and is a creative playful experience that can be changed and/or modified to suit your personal needs .
