​My work is a constant attempt to translate this—the intricate, moody elegance of a decomposing leaf, the architecture of miniature fungi, and the secret life thriving on the forest floor—into something permanent. It’s about curating the conversation between the botanical and the sculptural.
​This piece, featuring a collection of Anoectochilus and Macodes (Jewel Orchids) and delicate bioluminescent fungi thriving on a fallen heart-leaf, is a direct reflection of that obsession. The original designer is the earth itself; I’m just bringing its most intricate designs into the studio
