Today marks a huge milestone for Happy Cow Creamery as the very first footer was poured for our new milking parlor!
We can’t begin to express how excited and grateful we are to finally see this day become a reality.
Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU to every single person who has supported our family by choosing Happy Cow products. Every bottle of milk, every block of cheese, every gallon of ice cream, and every visit to our farm store has helped make this possible.
This new milking parlor is more than just a building. It’s an investment in the future of our family farm and a promise that Happy Cow Creamery will be here serving our community for generations to come.

Today we’re sending our sweet Michael off on a brand new adventure. For the past 8 years, he’s given us his hard work, dedication, and kindness, and we couldn’t be more grateful or proud.
Michael, thank you for everything you’ve done for Happy Cow Creamery. You’ve been a blessing to our team, and we pray this next chapter is filled with opportunities, joy, and God’s abundant blessings for you, your sweet wife, and your precious daughter.
