McCann named Acting Fire Chief in Pelham Village Village of Pelham Fire Lt. Chris McCann has been appointed acting chief of the department by Mayor Michael Volpe. A formal appointment will occur at the Village Board of Trustees’ next meeting on Tuesday, Aug. 18 at 7:30pm.
