PHS Summit Academy / Academia en la Cumbre

Congratulations to Summit Academy/Peekskill High School senior Jakyme Brewington-Smith; her proposal was the top vote-getter on the Peekskill Community Congress ballot for ways to make Peekskill a better place. Jakyme proposed a fee for developers to fund jobs for youth. Jason Angell of the PCC made the announcement at the District's Saturday Academy, and Jakyme received a standing ovation for her winning proposal.
