As some of you know I've been an energy practitioner for the past 7 yrs. The modalities I practice are Reiki and Integrative Therapeutic Alignment Energy Medicine (ITA). These forms of energy work have been life changing for me. I've been working with people and animals to help them heal themselves physically, emotionally and spiritually or to work on self-development and growth or for some much needed self-love and self-care to relieve stress and anxiety and improve general well-being.

I know the pandemic has been taking its toll on us all in one way or another and for some of us in many ways. I'm officially answering my call to service to help others, so tonight I'm launching my new website. Please check it out for a more in-depth explanation of these modalities. ITA sessions can be done remotely which is ideal in these uncertain times, you don't have to leave your home.
