At Mēdüzā, they celebrate the Mediterranean's culinary heritage, embracing its deep-rooted traditions while exploring the boundaries of its variety of cuisines. Every item on their menu tells a story, drawing inspiration from coastal regions and infused with a global twist. Created by Chef AJ McCloud, their menu pays homage to the Mediterranean shores once visited by Medusa, showcasing a medley of international culinary influences. .
