Happy Self-care Sunday everyone! This Queen came through with a soul snatching message this morning! I’ve listened to it at least 6 times today, because it aligned with some of my thoughts lately. The way we love others is a reflection of how we love ourselves. This week listen to how you speak about yourself. Is it positive? Are you uplifting yourself? I can tell you from personal experience if you aren’t speaking positive words into thy self, you certainly can’t speak positivity into those around you 💜 Posted • Self love is a courageous,radical act. It takes stepping away from blaming others and taking responsibility for our actions and thoughts that got us where we are. We expect others to treat us well but ... how well are we treating ourselves?
