📋 MODEL REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for model pricing, you must:

✔️ Commit to a minimum of 4 treatments
✔️ Allow before and after photos/videos
✔️ Sign a photo and media release
✔️ Arrive on time for all scheduled appointments
✔️ Follow all aftercare instructions
✔️ Maintain consistent attendance throughout your treatment plan
✔️ Stay hydrated and follow recommended home care
✔️ Be comfortable with your results being used for marketing and social media
✔️ Provide honest feedback regarding your experience
✔️ Pay for sessions at the time of booking or according to your treatment package agreement

• Multiple appointments are missed or canceled

• Aftercare instructions are not followed
• The 4-session commitment is not completed
