Insurance office customer service representative with duties such as making calls, sending letters, emails and other correspondence to existing clients, monitoring social media, answering phones, help clients with changes, process applications, quoting, etc. Must be proficient in Adobe, Microsoft word, Excel, and Outlook. Insurance licensed preferred but not required. Experience using agency management system and quoting is a plus. Must be comfortable and EXTREMELY computer literate. Insurance license in Property and Casualty must be obtained within 6 months of date of hire if not licensed. We are an established, family-owned Insurance agency with an excellent reputation in our community! We insure throughout state of Arizona.

Job Type: Full-time / Part time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 to 40

Shift:

4, 6 or 8 hour shift depending on candidate
