This weeks schedule

Kids class will be canceled today and all kids classes will be rescheduled for Thursdays at 5:00pm from now on to accommodate soccer season.

Adult training schedule:
Monday (today) 6:45pm
Tuesday 6:45pm
Michael Bonnette will be here to train you on Monday and Tuesday. Training will consist of light technique, strategy and mitts. If you are on the fight card, please be here.

Friday is weigh-ins for the fight and Saturday is FIGHT NIGHT!! So, no training either of those days.

We will be closing up shop for 2 weeks after the fight (this includes kids classes).
Kids class and adult training will resume the week of the 26th.
