Rim Country Classic Auto Club

It’s that time of the year… Rim Country Classic Auto Club's (RCCAC) Santa for Seniors Gift Drive prepares for its annual collection of holiday gifts for the seniors.

Many isolated and homebound seniors may not receive any holiday gifts without the generosity of this annual car club tradition.

The Club began the Christmas bag event around 2007. Volunteers gathered at the Senior Center in Payson, Arizona, to fill the bags with unwrapped contributions from the club members. At that time, the bags were labeled men or women only. The paper grocery bags were donated. The drivers for Meals on Wheels would pass them out during their rounds prior to Christmas. The response from the Senior Center has been great.
