Traveling the rivers in Europe just spectacular, going into ports the ocean liners cannot get to. We cruised the Danube which started in Budapest, Bratislava, cities in Austria ending in Germany for an Oktoberfest celebration, hard to put into one post!

Have to say one of my highlights was in Linz then taking a drive to Salzburg to stop in Mondsee, home of the Basilica St Michael that featured the wedding of one of my favorite movies "Sound of Music"! Also saw the Abbey that Julie Andrews character stayed while she was a nun 🥰.

Happy Monday! Which one relates to you the most 😅?!

Guadalajara! What a fabulous place to think about on this dreary, wintry, foggy morning! Had a wonderful time visiting this beautiful city, not your usual destination when you think of Mexico, not a beach destination, but Guadalajara is so rich in history, culture and oh my the food, discovered Tortas Ahogades, yummmm! loved it all!

Can see and do so much for a fraction of the cost of the major Mexican cities, average Uber ride $3 ! Stayed at the Riu, great location.

One of our hi lites was visiting the city of Tequila, have done many tasting tours but this one wow learned so much and the cutest city! Ended our day at the famous Cantaritos El Guero and this too funny met folks from Modesto 😂 truly a small world! Another favorite the city of Tlaquepaque, loved it!
