We are seeking hungry, self motivated leasing agents to join our growing team! You will handle showing apartments and advertising our available units

Base salary is paid but real pay comes from commission and closing deals. Agents are expected to close at least 3-4 deals a week

Responsibilities:

List and rent residential or commercial real estate
Show apartments daily
Run creative advertisements
Host open houses and other events
Be able to answer phone calls throughout the day and help those looking for apartments
Work full time and hit quotas

Qualifications:

Must have a car
Must be able to take phone calls
Must be able to work in fast paced environment and hit quotas
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Looking for marketers to connect leads with my sales agents. Generous commissions paid based off closed deals. Very small work for high reward
