Meet the makers! Pasco Specialty Kitchen is more than a great place to grab lunch, dinner, or a snack: our vendor windows give small business owners the chance to connect directly with you, their customers! Scroll through to meet the PSK vendors bringing you fresh and unique flavors in the heart of downtown Pasco.

Amina Mohammad came to the United States as a teenager, and dreamed of opening her own business to share traditional Afghan food with the entire community. Visitors come from all over south-eastern Washington to taste delicious kebabs, fresh naan, savory Kabuli pulao (pictured), crisp samosas, and much more! Stop by @tricitiesafghanfood Tuesday-Sunday 11AM-7PM.

Best Pizza Ever isn’t just a name pulled out of a hat; Engjell Vrapi makes award-winning pizza with unexpected flavors like lemon and balsamic reduction, or peach and chorizo -alongside the classics we know and love! He’s also offering salads, pasta, gyros, and delectable tiramisu by the slice, all with the same commitment to fresh ingredients and thoughtful preparation. Order @bestpizzaever online for pickup or delivery!

@guadalajara.style owner Josue Trejo is proud to share his hand-crafted dishes with fans from all over the Tri-Cities, like the traditional torta ahogada, carne en su jugo, and ceviche. Each dish is carefully prepared with fresh ingredients for maximum flavor that keeps visitors coming back!

@breadandtablepnw owner Denise Thai is taking sourdough to places you might not have ever imagined before. In addition to the familiar loaves of bread, you can find cinnamon rolls, cookies, and even cake – all made with sourdough!
“It’s a passion; it’s art, and it’s good for you.” Denise says. Because it’s made slowly, with time to ferment, traditional sourdough is often considered easier to digest and more gut-friendly than other types of bread.
