A.Cherry- Personal Chef

My very first for this last Saturday. The couple wanted a cake just for them and they paired it with 300 individual desserts for their guests. Almond sponge cake with a layer of pastry cream and crumbled crispy brown sugar bites with a custard buttercream for a crème brûlée inspired cake. Topped with fresh berries and flowers and dried grapefruit. Guests were treated to mini strawberry shortcakes, butterscotch with salted caramel budinos and GF fudge brownie bites.

I made it to around 2!
