JOB DESCRIPTION
We are a privately owned company operating as a subagent for the Washington State Department of Licensing, specializing in the titling and licensing of all types of vehicles. We are currently seeking to expand our licensing team with qualified and dedicated individuals

RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, reviewing, preparing, and submitting documentation to facilitate the transfer of vehicle ownership
You will be expected to understand, apply, and uphold Department of Licensing laws, rules, and policies, and assist in fraud prevention efforts
The position requires handling monetary transactions and maintaining accountability for all funds

QUALIFICATIONS:
Proficiency with computers, email communication, and 10-key data entry is essential
Demonstrated dependability, attention to detail, and professionalism
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work efficiently under time constraints
Capability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
A strong work ethic and a sincere commitment to customer service

Both offices will be closed December 23, 24 and 25 for Christmas.
