That idea is the heart of my cuisine. Creating experiences through perfectly mounted appetizers, thoughtful plating, and the balance of flavor, texture, and color. Every detail matters, even in the smallest bite.

The charcuterie boards were back for a large gathering, and seeing people amazed by our Colombian arepas topped with glazed steak made it even more special. Every detail, from the flavors to the board styling, was designed to turn this event into a truly delicious experience.
