Saturday Squat Options 🍽️
wrapping up the week with a few makeup lifts and three different squat variations for the squad to get stronger based on what they needed to improve their squat ability
- Box Squats - Carrie has a tender ankle right now, so working around over flexing it with controlled box squats
- Zercher Squats - Before this, Joe finished a few upright squats with bar support wearing a weight vest so we put them on Zerchers to help him stay in it upright position keep his core tight in the front squat
- Pause Squat - Zeida is super strong but we're still building that stability at the bottom of the squat so we spent some time there. 3 seconds.
