Spring has been wonderful, and we’re carrying that energy into summer with Saturday morning community acupuncture starting in June! Sessions won’t run every week this summer—follow us to see upcoming dates - schedule link in bio! Here's what to know:
-Sessions are 20-25 mins
-Donation-based, and held in a group setting to support stress resilience, relaxation, and a nervous system reset
-Bring a yoga mat, and something warm if it’s a bit chilly

We’re wired two ways: react in the moment (fix fast, stay busy, or retreat) or pause and process. There’s a whole spectrum in between. Our brains can feel, reflect, and consciously pause. Many practices help us grow this part of ourselves—meditation, cognitive behavioral therapy, and more—while other disciplines ease the nervous system away from constant stress. Life is full of joy, sorrow, stress, and to-dos.

can reset the nervous system when the mind says “turn off.” Create a space daily for yousel, with whatever practice resonates—5, 15 or 45 minutes a day, however long. If you want to truly support healthy physical and mental aging, resetting your nervous system throughout the day is so important. It all counts.
