This is a drill focusing on “Kuzushi” a Japanese word to describe unbalancing your opponent in martial arts. It is strongly emphasized in Judo. I’m fortunate enough to be taught by one of the best, Aaron Kunihiro. He has won the Oceania Open in 2014 and won 8 world medals. From 2005 to 2015 he has taken 4 championship medals at the Pan American Games.
