Please join us in welcoming Victoria Scott, our new AVP of Business Operations at Pasadena Federal Credit Union! 🎉

Victoria began her financial services career just one week after graduating high school, starting in the file room of one of the nation’s largest banks. Over the years, she discovered a passion for lending while working as a Loan Monitoring Analyst and Commercial Loan Processor. After decades of experience across multiple financial institutions, she went on to serve as a Business Services Operations Manager for a large credit union. Today, Victoria brings that wealth of experience to PFCU, where she is focused on strengthening operations, project management, and process improvement.

Outside of work, Victoria enjoys traveling with friends and family, especially cruising and visiting all-inclusive resorts. She also spends many weekends involved in ministry, party planning, and scrapbooking. Fun fact: in 1993, she was a singer in the Super Bowl Halftime Show when Michael Jackson performed at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena!

Weekends are made for learning!

Rick Flores recently wrapped up a financial literacy webinar with Elizabeth House, and the energy was amazing. They were so excited about the session that they even invited their sister organization, Sarah’s House, to join in. Together, they explored goal setting, budgeting, spending habits, and practical money management strategies.

There was great participation, meaningful conversation, and even a few laughs along the way. Most importantly, everyone learned from one another. A Saturday morning well spent empowering our community through financial education.
