Fresh local watermelon sliced and topped with chopped mint and feta cheese then finished with a drizzle of honey and balsamic glaze.

Blackened Prime Rib
Our 16oz CAB Prime Rib is Montreal rubbed and slow roasted then sliced, blackened and seared to temperature. Paired with garlic grilled asparagus and bacon cheddar loaded smashed potatoes.

Filetto di Snapper Rosso
Pan-seared red snapper with crispy skin, over a bed of creamy lemon and herb orzo. Accented with blistered cherry tomatoes, asparagus and finished with a delicate with wine butter sauce.
