I'm completely devastated I feel as if my heart has been ripped out of my chest and drop kick down the street. I saved till I could afford to pay for it and then I was patient for it to be delivered. I turn it on for the first time an irregular band of colors in jagged lines appeared on the front screen. To me the owner of a computer repair company, this could only mean one thing. The image on the screen can only mean one thing. The ALIENWARE 38 CURVED GAMING MONITOR - is damaged. I will contact customer support tomorrow morning and see how they're going to handle this. I'm so busy, I just don't know how I'm going to find the time to pack this massive device and ship it but I'm going to have to somehow take time out of my busy schedule losing money just feeling morbidly depressed. I'm such a good customer of Alienware and recommend to my clients, friends and family. I feel so let down. I hope they fix this problem and fast. I hope they send someone to pick up the device. I wouldn't even know how to begin packing this thing. and please treat me correctly. This has really taken the wind out me.
