Full Job Description:
Pinnacle Simi Valley, is a Congregate Living Health Facility in Simi Valley, CA. Our facility cares for up to 6 residents in a home like setting. Our facility provides inpatient care from basic services such as medical supervision, 24-hour skilled nursing and supportive care, pharmacy, dietary, social, recreational to a more specialized care for persons who are mentally alert, but physically disabled, and may be ventilator dependent.
We provide exceptional nursing care on a recurring, intermittent, extended or continuous basis. We provide a higher level of care than a skilled nursing facility.

LVN's may work flexible schedules.
Shift availability:
Day Shifts 7am-7pm
Night Shifts 7pm-7am
ON-Call Shifts are available for those that want flexibility of being on-call.

Additional Requirements/Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older
Able to read, write, and speak English
Some professional medical experience
Cleared criminal background check
Proof of negative tuberculosis test or Chest X-ray within 2 years
Two forms of ID compliant with I-9 requirements (ex. driver's license, passport, social security card, etc.)
Full time shifts available for 4 days per week giving applicant the ability to take 3 days off and still have a 40 hour work week.
