A strong brand image can create credibility and customer loyalty for your company.
I’m not saying just logos and Photos (which all are as important) but your personal image and how you treat your customers and employees. You can’t have the most amazing photos and visual physical brand if you treat your customers and or employees bad.

Your brand can also stand out by offering more value than your competitors. Some times it’s just on the details.

A brand is like a person, and just like a person, you have to take care of it every day. A brand can grow and evolve just like any of us can, but a brand must stay true to its core foundation and it’s why.
What is a brand? A brand is not a logo, a name, a tagline or even the product itself. It is bigger than those things. A brand is an idea or a promise made to its target audience. It carries a unique identity and story that your customers will remember when they think about your company, your product or service.

Yes Branding vs Marketing.
Think of marketing as the actions you take to connect with your customers and get them to buy your products or services.
Branding, on the other hand, is the marketing practice of actively shaping your brand. Branding is about defining who you are as a company.
Although branding and marketing share similar goals and often work together to achieve them, both Branding and Marketing each have distinct roles and individual goals.
So who comes first?
Well, Because marketing drives sales and provides the initial traction for the brand, you could be thinking marketing comes first.
However, the messages that makes up the marketing move forward comes from the brand and the brand strategy.
Marketing only comes into play after the brand has been built with a clear brand strategy in place to guide brand expression.
