In-field planter repair? No problem.

When downtime isn’t an option, neither are we.

This customer needed a repair in the middle of planting season, so we loaded up and headed to the field. A little measuring, cutting, welding, and fitting later, and they were back to doing what they do best.

No fancy shop floor. No waiting weeks for parts. Just practical solutions and getting the job done.

Severely bent and out of shape bulldozer ram guide repaired and brought back to life.

These are the kinds of jobs that don’t always make flashy photos, but they showcase what experience and problem-solving are all about. This piece wasn’t particularly large, but the odd shape and the severe distortion made it extremely challenging.

A lot more thought went into this repair than most walk-in jobs. With a little 20-ton press brake, four small blocks of wood, nearly 45 minutes, and a whole lot of experience, we were able to get this one straightened back out and ready for work again.

The pictures simply don’t do justice to the process. Sometimes the most impressive work is the kind nobody ever sees happen.
