From early childhood most of us grow and learn skills, knowledge, and abilities through our relationships, culture and public education system, but It seems to me that most of what we learn about feelings, emotions, and relationships we acquire by observing our family, friends, and mass media. Seems to me our education on how to grow in Emotional Intelligence and Relationship Intelligence is not adequate to help us navigate Life, Love, Loss, Sadness, Depression, Fear, Anger, Guilt, Shame, and Grief. I don’t know about you but my Heart and my Relationships are not near as healthy as I would like them to be, seems to me like I/we need new skills, attitudes, behaviors, and approaches to our Relationships and Emotions. I am attempting to develop a Emotional Intelligence and Relationship Intelligence Workshop, to help myself and others, this is one of many slide I have mad.
