Butterbean didn’t find her match last weekend, but she’s hoping this weekend is her moment — because this girl is nothing but pure heart. 💛

At 1.5 years old, Butterbean has settled into her foster home like she’s been waiting her whole life for kindness. She adores every human she meets — she’ll hug your leg, flash her sweet little smile, and follow you around just happy to be included. She’s a little needy in the cutest way, always checking in for affection.

She comes when called, walks nicely on leash (just pauses if something makes her nervous), and is completely house-trained with zero accidents. She sleeps through the night and hasn’t barked once.

Butterbean also gets along beautifully with other animals. She played with the energetic 3-year-old German Shepherd, relaxed with the calm senior dog, and was very respectful and gentle with the resident 19-year-old cat in her New Mexico foster’s home. Occasionally she might need a light redirection if she gets too excited, but she listens well and settles quickly.

She’s sweet, friendly, cuddly, and ready to make someone feel very loved. If you missed her last weekend, she’ll be waiting for you this weekend — and she’s the kind of dog who’ll make your home feel complete. 💕
