Good morning HSR!! Waste Management has updated their schedule and they plan to come back to the neighborhood for trash pickup today (1/27) between 6-9a. Please leave your bins out so they can complete pick-up.

Note that recycling was picked up per schedule yesterday (Monday 1/26).

At this point we only have 48 proxy forms received, we need 65 forms or attendees to meet quorum and avoid added community cost.

REMINDER that our annual Homeowners Meeting is scheduled on January 6 at 6p. If you don't plan to attend virtually, please ensure that you submit your proxy form ASAP. The proxy form was emailed out from Westwind and can be filled out directly from your phone or computer. See the attached pictures to see steps to take to make the PDF editable from your phone.
