What if the thing you’ve been afraid to trust is actually the thing that sets you free?

Lately, I’ve been on my own journey…
stepping back from the noise, the opinions, the expectations, and really listening…to my mind…to my body…to my heart.

I started questioning everything I thought I knew. The patterns, beliefs, the conditioning I didn’t even realize I was carrying.

I understood that “what if” goes both ways. Not only, “what if I fail?”…but also, “what if I don’t?” What if I don’t mess it up this time? What if I don’t shrink myself to stay comfortable? What if I don’t get in my own way?

“What if”…made me aware of my own limitations…aware of the loops I was living in, of the stories I had outgrown, of the me that’s ready.

Awareness is where I shifted, because it’s difficult to change what you don’t see. But, that’s also when you get to choose differently.

So, what if it all works out exactly the way it’s meant to?
