The spring market continues to gain momentum across Chicagoland! 🌷🏡
April saw an increase in available homes, median sales price, and homes sold compared to March — a sign that both buyers and sellers are becoming more active as we move further into the spring market.
One thing I’m continuing to see is that preparation and timing really matter. Buyers who start the conversation early often feel more confident and ready when the right opportunity comes along, and sellers who prepare ahead of time tend to position themselves more strategically as activity increases.
