Dunham Park Girls Softball!
It’s almost time to register for the 2019 season.

All girls ages 5–17 are welcome! Dunham Park is home to the largest non-traveling girls’ softball program.
WHEN:Saturday February 16 – 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Sunday February 17 – 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
• WHERE:Dunham Park Field House, 4638 N. Melvina, Chicago
• FEE: $125 – includes jersey, socks, team plaque, park fee and 2 raffle tickets for a chance to win a 50 inch Smart TV, 2 cubs tickets, or one of two free registrations for Fall Ball. The Best Value on the North Side!!!
We are excited to announce that this year we will be playing in The Dome at Rosemont!!!
In addition to a fun season, we will have our annual picnic on July 28th with great raffle prizes to celebrate the girls’ hard work throughout season.

*Midget and Pony Pitchers must wear a mask
* Players cannot wear jewelry during games

These girls represented the Lady Devils well in the All-Star game!

Congratulations to Jillian Johnson, Alexis Viola, Bella Rodriguez-Hernandez and Jilliyn Yung for making the All-Star team! They will be representing the Lady Devils in the All-Star game this Sunday (7/23) before the picnic. Rules are different then the regular season. This game will be played like a regular game with strikeouts, score being kept, needing 3 outs to end the inning and a winner and a loser. If you have time, come cheer the girls on before indulging at our picnic. I'll post the time of the game, when I find out.

While only four girls from each team can make the All-Star team, note that all the Lady Devils played like All-Stars this year! Parents, you should all be very proud of how these girls have grown this season. As coaches we love to see how your daughters came to play each week with love and passion for the game. Sports builds confidence and hopefully all of your daughters know that they can accomplish anything. Hitting a softball is hard, catching a softball is hard, learning the game is hard, but they have all done it. They all EARNED their Game Balls, none were just given out. When they earn that Game Ball, the joy on their faces says it all...a special moment to be cherished. Here's to earning more Game Balls in the future!
