Consider cross-departmental training: Moving personnel between departments can be a great learning exercise. Employees get a chance to pick up new skills and develop a more holistic approach to their work.

Offer regular feedback and guidance: Motivate employees by giving them a chance to ask questions and offering regular feedback about their progress.

No one but you can decide who you are and what you're going to be. And you get to change that as many times as you need to become the best version of yourself.
