Zillow and Trulia no longer have access to Midwest Real Estate Data (MRED) listing feeds after MRED announced Zillow Group failed to resolve what it called a “material breach” of its licensing agreement.

What does this mean for buyers and sellers?
Potentially fewer or delayed listings showing up on Zillow and Trulia for homes listed through MRED, which powers much of the Chicagoland MLS data.
