good start to the morning ☀️

been busy the last few months so here’s a picture of my breakfast sandwich that i’ve been having on repeat: english muffin, avocado, thin-sliced cheese, turkey bacon & egg whites. it’s high in protein and “good” fats so it keeps me feeling full & satisfied until lunch 💪🏼 bye happy monday

My current favorite salad! Chop everything: mixed greens, cucumbers, chicken breast, goat cheese, parsley and pistachios. Drizzle a honey balsamic (equal parts EVOO + balsamic vinegar, some honey, salt & pepper) on top. Grab a starchy carb & you’ve got yourself a well rounded meal!
