It’s not often I come to a conference before I speak but I’m really glad I have.

Business, leadership, financial advice, responsibility, pressure, people all huge interests of mine and areas I live in every day.

This afternoon I’ve got the honour of speaking at the MDRT UK & Personal Finance Society conference, sharing lessons from leading three organisations, building teams, making hard decisions, carrying responsibility and navigating challenge when the stakes are high.

It’s about better questions.
Better self-awareness and what really drives performance, resilience and long-term success.

The twist?

I won’t be delivering this in the usual way.

Not a standard talk.
Not from where you’d expect.

Definitely a first for me 😅
