The hero’s journey is about forever trying to figure it out.

So far I’ve realized that taking care of your mind, and your body allows for very fluid, and clear thought patterns to emerge and they feel pretty good.

Love and joy is the compass of my consciousness and I look forward to new cathartic moments every day.
