I don't post a lot, because I want you to know that when I do, it is important.

Your political beliefs don't matter to your pets but they may affect the care you receive. Whether you are a democrat or a republican I encourage you to get out and vote now or on November 7th in favor of Proposition 1. HB1750 specifically mentions and affects all veterinarians and animals in Texas. This is truly bi-partisan legislation that matters to you.

Many concerned pet owners are aware of the problems with the state veterinary medical board. This article in the Dallas Morning shows that the Texas Veterinary Medical Association shares pet owners concerns and that of the Sunset Commission. We are hoping that our state representative Gary VanDeaver will help us with our cause to help protect your pets and the veterinary community.
