Congratulations to OK Watson for 20 years of service at We Pack! OK serves as one of our Machine Operators in our Paris operation. Her dedication, drive, and care for our business have been critical to our success and service offering since she joined the company. Thanks for all you do for We Pack and our customers everyday OK!

This week, our North Carolina team was recognized with the Manufacturing Excellence award in Continuous Improvement Leadership at the annual conference hosted by the North Carolina Manufacturing Extension Partnership (NCMEP) in Winston-Salem. Over the last eighteen months, through a unique partnership between We Pack, Richmond Community College and the state of North Carolina (enabled by the NC Edge program), We Pack has delivered leadership and continuous improvement training to our team in the region allowing us to develop our organization to better serve our customers for years to come. We are proud of the efforts of our North Carolina's leaders to dedicate the time and resources to build our team for the future and appreciate the acknowledgement of these efforts by the NCMEP group.

It was a good day on Saturday for our employees to enjoy some fun, social time together while learning about ways they can better their health and quality of life. Thanks to our HR and Safety team for making this happen!
