Job Summary:
Essential Roofing is growing and we are currently seeking experienced Commercial Roofers. Our ideal candidate will have experience with maintenance, repairs and installation of single ply commercial roofing systems.

*** $20-$40/hour + Health Insurance ***

Duties & Responsibilities:
Installation of different types of commercial roofing systems (e.g. Single Ply, TPO, PVC, Coatings, and other forms of flat and low-slope roofing systems.
Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.).
Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety while demonstrating safe work practices.
Work outside in a wide variety of weather conditions to meet the physical demands of the position, including mobility needed to complete tasks.
Able to climb and operate ladders at a minimum height of 25 feet.
Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
Strong communication skills.

Required Experience:
3+ years of Commercial Roofing experience working with the following roofing systems: Single Ply, TPO, PVC, EPDM.
Reliable transportation.
Tools.
Valid Drivers license.
Ability to work flexible hours including potential weekends.
Acceptable background check per company standards.
