Sorry for lack of updates! Been a wet winter so far.
I’m looking forward to starting real soon. Cost will be $60 per person a month, twice a week. Wednesday and Friday from 4:30 to 5:30 at the track at Paradise high school!
We will focus on ladder drills and proper running form, gradually improving our strength and conditioning.
Anyone 12 years old and up are welcome to join. Let’s go!
