Last week, we welcomed the local tech community to our Budapest office for a meetup organized in collaboration with Craft Conference.

Our colleague Attila László led an insightful session titled "AI slop won't close deals. Agents do." that shared how agentic AI systems can combine internal knowledge and automated research to deliver meaningful, contextual support for sales teams.

From AI agents and pipeline design to practical GenAI applications, the discussion sparked plenty of questions, ideas, and conversations. 🚀

🏎️ Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming the students of Drumska Strela - Road Arrow Belgrade to our Belgrade office for a day of learning, knowledge sharing, and engineering discussions.

Katarina Urošević, Chief of Staff, opened the event by sharing the story of our 18-year growth journey, while HTEC's CTO, Darko Todorovic, spoke about the technologies, industries, and projects we work on. Our colleague Barbara Kecman, Talent Acquisition Lead, shared internship opportunities, while our team of engineering experts led a technical workshop, answering students' questions and exchanging valuable insights. A special thank you to David, Stefan, and Goran for sharing their expertise and helping make this event possible. 👏

The highlight of the day? Seeing the team's Formula Student car in action in our garage. 🚀 An exciting reminder of what passion and teamwork can achieve.

🎮 A Minecraft workshop was recently held in Pilsen, and it was amazing to see so many children of our colleagues take part. The turnout was truly impressive, with a full room of young minds ready to build, explore, and learn.

Throughout the session, the organizers introduced the basics of the game, using Minecraft as a fun way for kids to develop planning, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, often learning best through trial and error.

The energy was fantastic from start to finish, and it was clear the kids left not only with new knowledge, but also with plenty of great memories. And of course, after all that building and thinking… pizza made a very fast (and well-deserved) exit. 🍕

And who knows, some of these future engineers are already taking their first steps right here. 🚀

Last week, our Guatemala team joined the AI Developer Event hosted by Universidad Galileo 🚀

The event brought together developers, data scientists, students, and tech professionals passionate about AI and software development, creating a great space for knowledge sharing, collaboration, and new connections.

Through inspiring talks and hands-on workshops, participants explored the ethical, innovative, and practical applications of AI, while exchanging ideas with the local tech community.

A special shoutout to our colleague Ricardo for organizing this fantastic initiative. 👏 We’re grateful to have been part of this experience and look forward to continuing to support spaces that encourage learning, innovation, and community growth.

The Charity IT race "Štafeta srcem" returns to Niš this June, bringing together teams ready to run, connect, and support a meaningful cause. 🏃‍♀️

We're proud to support this initiative that combines teamwork, sport, and solidarity.

Organized by AMD in collaboration with NTP Niš and HTEC, the relay race gathers five-member teams, while all registration fees and collected donations will go to NURDOR.
