Allow yourself approximately 6-8 hours depending on your skill set plus part that will not be included with the ladder kit and time to purchase materials needed.
We had to build the legs to fit this floor.
This attic ladder kit was $330.00 and $70.00 in addition parts - nuts bolts -framing etc
