Thank you to my company for this award. I’ve been in this business 37 yrs, longer than most agents. It was very different back then. We didn’t have the MLS online, doc u sign or AI. All contracts were hand written, we had to do everything in person. We worked nights and weekends to meet with clients. We were the information source, we were needed and respected for what we provided. It was a different world. Today some things are faster and easier but it’s different now. Today as an agent you must adjust, modify reorganize and sometimes reinvent yourself to stay relevant. The principles and standards should not change but the way you do business must. I appreciate this award for acknowledging the changes I’ve made to accomplish that.
