Kids are out of school here - lots of moms are staying up later than usual - schedules are changing- we know we SHOULD still keep our health a priority - but so many distractions make it harder!

Remember - YOU need to keep strong and healthy to keep up with those kids! Mentally too! Schedule those workouts in! Do not say "I should workout today". Make it happen!

20-30 minutes is better than NO minutes! Lift some weight!!! 💪
