Experienced Sales Professionals needed for Fly Guys Tree Service LLC

Fly Guys Tree Service LLC is a leading provider of tree and landscape services in the area. We are a family-owned business dedicated to quality workmanship, outstanding customer service, and building a strong, inclusive team. We are currently expanding our sales team and are seeking two highly motivated Sales Professionals to join us.

As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for:
Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers.
Conducting site visits to assess clients' tree and landscape needs.
Preparing and presenting detailed proposals and quotes for services.
Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Collaborating with our crew and office staff to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a service-based industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Knowledge of the tree service or landscaping industry is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Compensation
Competitive salary plus a commission structure that rewards high performance.
