What You’ll Be Doing
✔ Marketing and advertising rental properties
✔ Coordinating showings with licensed real estate agents
✔ Conducting property inspections
✔ Managing maintenance requests and vendor coordination
✔ Communicating with owners and tenants
✔ Preparing leases, renewals, notices, and related documents
✔ Assisting with tenant screening and onboarding new owners
✔ Handling after-hours emergency maintenance situations when needed
What We’re Looking For
✅ Property management experience preferred
✅ Strong customer service and communication skills
✅ Highly organized and detail-oriented
✅ Professional appearance and demeanor
✅ Comfortable multitasking and managing priorities
✅ Basic computer and technology skills
✅ Valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance
