The Nehemiah Connection

Today was a beautiful day. We had our first baptism at the beach with a few members that wanted to identify with Christ's death, burial, and resurrection. Baptism is an outward expression of an inward change. We have done what our Lord has commanded us to do (Matthew 28:19-20)

Lay aside every weight... Take off everything and anything that hinders your spiritual journey. Don't allow unforgiveness to weigh down in your heart until you can't swim back up to shore. Don't allow unnecessary distractions keep you from running the race that God has set before you. You can make it if you just stay focused!!! What a great word at the Nehemiah on today (Hebrews 12:1-2)
