We have a very interesting case of what in the genetics went wrong with this?
This mini Rex kit was just like the restā¦ until he wasnāt. He seemed to be almost hairlessā¦ until this am on morning chores we discovered he had grown hair overnight š¤
Has anyone ever had a rabbit kit like this? Curious what the future will hold for this little thing.
Tuesdays have been my favorite days lately after being away from the kids working for three long days itās nice to be home with ānothingā to do.
We put several of our plants in the ground, road bikes, explored and just hung out. These are the days I live for. No rush, no schedule, no where to be.
We finally brought our neglected food forest trees over and this open space has so much potential. We canāt wait to turn it into raised beds overflowing with fresh vegetables.
The kids loved them and I love knowing summer fun doesnāt have to come with food dyes, refined sugar, or a health price tag.
Anybody else making healthier versions of the classics?
Ring around the rosy, bare feet, and belly laughs.
No fancy toys. No schedules. Just kids being kids.
These are the days I hope they remember someday. And if they donāt I will.
Thatās the kind of childhood weāre trying to grow around here.
But at 5 and 7, they can drive a skid steer, unload freezers, work hard, and take pride in helping.Weāre not raising perfect test scores.ļæ½Weāre raising capable humans.

Gourmet snacks and a paper plate summer āŗļø
Anyone elseās kids ask for microgreens with only the finest balsamic vanilla fig vinaigrette as an afternoon snack or just mine?
I think itās time to learn how to grow these on our own. Do you grow them? Got any tips or tricks for me?
